Moto perpetuo is an instalatiton dedicated to the fisic concept of “perpetual motion”.
Originally, were considered “perpetual motion” a motion that is constant helding over time without intervention, because before the formulation of the Newtonian laws of dynamics it was believed that a body always need to move an energy input; however today this definition is not considered rigorous as they are found examples of moto perpetuo indefinitely, as the motion of the electrons at the atomic level and the motion of celestial bodies.
That instalaltion is dedicated to the undefined bodies in perpetual motion.
